Small modifications can be made, if necessary, to your home to ensure your safety and mobility. Aging in place includes many benefits. Not least of which is the ability to live an independent lifestyle in the comfort of your home and remain active in your later years.

Why hire a Heart at Home Caregiver versus an individual caregiver?
You deserve quality in-home care provided by a caregiver whom you trust. You want to know that you or your loved one is receiving quality care. You may not know that hiring an independent care provider could make you liable should something happen. You deserve the peace of mind that you are not responsible or liable for the safety of your caregiver when they are in your home. Heart at Home offers that peace of mind. Furthermore, we are accredited by the Better Business Bureau for our code of ethics, trust and integrity.
Every single one of our caregivers is highly skilled and educated. We provide ongoing training for our staff through In the Know courses which are taught both online and in-person by our nurses. Also, because our caregivers are employees of Heart at Home, they are bonded and insured through the company. Most importantly, all of our caregivers have the full support of our nurses behind them. Our nurses conduct your initial home safety assessment and continue to see you at intervals for as long as you receive care from Heart at Home.
When you hire us, you hire our WHOLE TEAM! You will always have direct access to our nursing staff as well as our caregivers.
